The purpose of this page is to provide general information about how owning a boat slip at Lake Travis Marina works.

Since 1982, Lake Travis Marina has operated as an HOA where each slip is individually owned. This provides the unique opportunity to purchase a boat slip when an existing owner has decided to sell. As a slip owner, you agree to become a member of Lake Travis Lodges Marina Association and abide by all required bylaws, rules, and regulations. Just like a housing HOA, you are required to pay monthly dues to cover the communal costs of insurance, maintenance, taxes, etc.

Slips are sold “as is where is” and require full payment for the purchase price to made at closing. Below is the information regarding starting slip prices and current monthly dues.  Please read all information in the LTLMA Rules & Regulations and the LTLMA Bylaws & Amendment.
